A specialist subcontractor delivering high-specification interior packages on a live data centre project in Slough is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in drylining and interior fit out.

This role requires someone capable of managing fast-track interior packages within a mission critical environment.

You will take full ownership of programme, subcontractor coordination, commercial performance and HSEQ compliance for internal works packages.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Full delivery of drylining & interior fit-out packages
• Programme management and sequencing of works
• Subcontractor management and supervision
• Client & main contractor interface
• Budget control and cost reporting
• Procurement of labour and materials
• Quality assurance & inspections
• RAMS review and HSEQ compliance
• Progress reporting & site meetings
• Snagging, commissioning support & handover

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Strong background in drylining, partitions, ceilings & interior fit-out
• Experience on data centre, commercial or industrial projects
• Ability to manage fast-track construction programmes
• Strong UK health & safety knowledge
• SMSTS & CSCS (Black/White) preferred
• Commercially aware with cost control experience
• Strong coordination & communication skills
